Here I am blazing in the Sun in Nicaragua, which is exactly where this solar thermal hot water unit behind loves to be. Every Shower at Selva Negra, where I just completed a 7 Day Permaculture Training, is heated by the sun passively and gravity fed high pressure off grid spring water from the bio preserve all along the mountain ridge and steep slopes above and supplying all the water for their 100+ shares Certified Organic diverse veggie CSA and the water for processing and growing Coffee, Cocoa, Avocado, a Grass Fed dairy farm operation and supplying the Eco-resort with water and energy for their refrigerators there with micro hydro power all at Selva Negra, Matagalpa, Nicaragua.
The Coffee processing is entirely closed loop and well designed.
