We can schedule a phone call, zoom, or email, after you send me some listings for consideration, or we can address any other questions.
Give you advice and insights to narrow down the selections and fine tune it with permaculture design in mind.

This Regenerative Real Estate Search consultation is a preliminary service to our property analysis service, where we walk the actual properties for you and assess them.  Typically we can walk a few properties on the same day, if they are in the same general area, no more than 30 minutes from each other or an hour from Ellenville, NY where I am based. 
 
Note:
There is an additional $700 - $1200 for each day of actually walking property selections that we have helped you to select.
